The department has 3 subdivisions of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Neuroradiology to offer complete gamut of patient Care services.

The department has dedicated ultra modern, modular operation theatres that are well equipped with cutting edge technology to carry out all types of surgical procedures. The Neuro Operation theatres have the latest in neuro-operative facilities with high-end microscope.
The operation theaters are also equipped with laminar flow systems that eliminates the chances of infection, advanced ventilators and continuous hemodynamic monitoring facilities.
Neuro Intensive Critical Care Unit (NeuroICU)
It is state-of-the-art 10-bed unit offering the most advanced monitoring and treatment for patients with brain injuries and neurological diseases. It is the only unit of its kind in the area staffed by full-time neurological and critical care specialists. NeuroICU, a multidisciplinary team of specially trained physicians, nurses, therapists, and other professionals provides balanced, attentive care in a unique environment. They assess a patient's vital functions, speech, and eye responses every hour--or more frequently, if necessary.
With responsive, personalized care, patients in the NeuroICU can recuperate and regain the strength they need to move on to the next phase of their recovery.
Besides brain tumors, our neuro-intensive care specialists have expertise in the management of:

The Spine Center of the Purnas Remedy Hospitals is a subset of the Department of Neurosurgery, and specializes in providing expert care to spinal surgery patients.
